Shelley Haus is the chief marketing officer at Ulta Beauty on Linkedin who lives in Elmhurst, Illinois, United States.
The chief marketing officer had spent nearly a decade marketing at Bolingbrook, Illinois-based Ultra. In 2014, she joined the company as VP of brand marketing, and after three years, she was promoted to senior VP.
Just two years ago, Haus was appointed Chief marketing officer. She led several programs, such as Ultra’s recent shop-in-shop partnership with Target, and was also an advocate for diversity. She was involved in Ultras, joining the Fifteen Percent Pledge of giving more store shelf space to Black-owned businesses.
Haus has worked on marketing initiatives that featured diverse voices. Before working with Ulta, Haus worked at GfK as executive VP of consulting, market opportunity, and innovation, after several years at PepsiCo.

The chief served on the board of directors of Youth Guidance, non-profit offering help for children in schools and communities.
At Culture Marketing Council 2019 Annual Summit, she said, ” Beauty is culture. It’s no longer a binary world. Gender Fluidity is important to consider and include.”
