Glenn Alejandrino Teacher Arrested Over Sexual Assault

According to detectives who claimed to have obtained an arrest warrant, Alejandrino surrendered to officers on Tuesday at the Sacramento County Main Jail in downtown Sacramento.
He escaped the following day. According to the sheriff’s office, detectives have been investigating Alejandrino.
“For several months over claims of child sexual abuse, coming from his position at the district,” according to Lt. Rod Grassmann.
In 2014, Alejandrino transferred schools and started instructing eighth graders in leadership and government at Arden Middle School. He had previously worked at Cowan Elementary School as a sixth-grade instructor.
